Description
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas
- Ensure all supplies are stocked and maintain cleanliness of supply closets
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Assist with laundry services as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their requests promptly
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, time management skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Must be able to follow instructions and work independently
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
