- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas
- Perform laundry and ironing duties
- Restock supplies and amenities as needed
- Report maintenance issues to management
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Assist with deep cleaning and special projects
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in housekeeping or similar roles. Preferably with TESDA NC 2 Certificate
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in general cleaning, organizing, disinfection, and carpet cleaning; strong customer service orientation.
- Working Conditions: Typically work in residential or commercial settings; may require physical stamina.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, reliability, strong work ethic, and positive attitude. Preferably with TESDA NC 2 Certificate
