Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the housekeeping department by coordinating daily tasks, assigning room attendants, maintaining records, and communicating with other departments. The coordinator acts as a liaison between housekeeping staff and hotel management to ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
