  • Consulting with the employer and identifying employment needs
  • Manages administrative duties related to employee records, recruitment, and HR processes. 
  • They assist with onboarding, training, and employee relations, while also maintaining HR documentation and systems. 
  • They often act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and collaborate with other HR team members. 
  • Monitoring people and managing people


  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often required, along with at least one to two years of experience in an HR or administrative role. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are also essential, as is proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
