Deskripsi

  • Melaksanakan fungsi HR dalam rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan.
  • Mendukung pengembangan program pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan.
  • Menangani administratif terkait karyawan dan pengelolaan data personalia.
  • Berkomunikasi dan menjalin hubungan baik dengan karyawan dalam bahasa Mandarin.
  • Memberikan dukungan terkait permasalahan karyawan dan mediasi antara manajemen dan staf.
  • Menangani hubungan industrial & employee relations: menangani kasus, mediasi, bipartit, SP, dispute, dan disiplin karyawan.
  • Koordinasi dengan Disnaker terkait perijinan & konsultasi.


Persyaratan

  • Educational Qualifications: Gelar S1 di bidang terkait.
  • Experience Level: Pengalaman 1-3 tahun di bidang HR.
  • Skills and Competencies: Kemampuan berbahasa Mandarin secara lisan dan tulisan.
  • Qualities and Traits: Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan memiliki keterampilan interpersonal yang kuat.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Kemampuan bekerja dalam tim serta menangani berbagai tugas administrasi.
