  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain employee records and payroll processing.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Process invoices and manage financial documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments for HR and accounting-related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in HR or accounting roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment, maintain employee records, support payroll processes, and handle basic accounting tasks.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment, standard work hours, with flexibility as needed.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
