Descrição:

I. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration to maintain internal equity and competitiveness.
  • Direct recruitment and workforce planning to meet organizational needs.
  • Lead performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Supervise day-to-day HR operations, including policy implementation and records management.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Advise managers on talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
  • Facilitate change management processes and drive a positive workplace culture.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions and improve practices.

Requisito

II. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Extensive background in employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and engagement.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government compliance requirements.
  • Prior experience working in an industrial or construction industry.
  • Has managed HR operations for organizations with at least 500 to 600 employees.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Relevant certifications in labor law, employee relations, or HR management are an advantage.
