Descrição:

  • We are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable HR Executive who thrives in a fast-paced BPO environment and is committed to long-term growth with our company. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and talent management to ensure a positive workplace culture and smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Implement HR best practices to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions while ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
  • Conduct 1-on-1 coaching sessions when necessary to address policy violations, clarify workplace expectations, and provide guidance on company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, BPO industry standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies to support business goals and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with operational needs.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and analytics to track trends and improve processes.
  • Foster a positive work culture, ensuring high employee morale and productivity.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in HR within a BPO or fast-paced industry.
  • At least 5+ years of HR experience, at least 3 years experience as an HR Generalist or Executive in a BPO setting (required)
  • Strong knowledge of PH labor laws, HR processes, and compliance
  • Experience with payroll, appraisals, and employee relations
  • Stable work history (no frequent job hopping)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment

Requisito

  • Proven experience in HR within a BPO or fast-paced industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to handle HR operations independently, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
  • A long-term mindset and commitment to growing within the company.
