8. Compliance to Government Labor Regulations such as DOLE, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and the BIR.
9. Supervision and control in the utilization of the Human Resource Department budget.
10. Institutionalization and continuous inculcation of the company’s Core Values as company’s Work Culture.
11. Compliance to company Vision, Mission & Core Values.
12. In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance with government regulatory agencies such as DOLE, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and BIR.
13. Proven ability to develop and manage HR budgets effectively.
14. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
15. Experience in building and maintaining a positive work culture aligned with company values.
16. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
17. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
18. High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to organizational goals and values.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CHRP) is a plus.

At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
