Descrição:

  • Oversee recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and training programs.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Handle conflict resolution and maintain workplace culture.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, payroll management, and effective presentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with leadership development abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
