  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial,
  • Enabling the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism is also vital.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are necessary. Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR software applications is highly desirable.

Requisito

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
