Assist in posting job advertisements.screening resumes,scheduling interviews and supporting the recruitment process
Maintain and update employee personnel files and electronic records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Manage employee onboarding!
regularization,and offboarding processes and prepare the necessary forms and documents.
Monitor employee attendance, leave,and tardiness,and prepare attendance report for payroll processing..
Assist in the administration and updating of government-mandated benefits(SSS,PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
Support the organization of employee training, performance evaluations, and company activities.
Handle daily employee inquiries and ensure proper communication and enforcement of company policies.
Assist supervisors with other HR-related tasks as assigned.

College degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR or administrative work is preferred;
