  • Prepare timekeeping up to payroll processing.
  • Prepare and distribute payslip, compute and prepare final pay including prorated, 13th month and tax refund.
  • Handle security guards and drivers ,utility man, directly give instructions and schedules.
  • Prepare government mandatory compliance.
  • Conduct/facilitate general orientation to the newly hire employee before deployment to respective department.
  • Arrange external /in house training, responsible in hiring of employee as well as training.
  • Arrange Expat condominium (staff house ) accommodation , bookings to the hotels and air fair (airlines)
  • Prepare and arrange company activities /events etc.
  • Prepare requirements of AEP and 47A2 visa of Expats.
  • Prepares and revise company rules and regulation as per DOLE regulation, responsible for labor regulations matter
  • Responsible for monitoring of disciplinary action/labor relation and impose sanction to erring employee.
  • Prepare manpower related report.
  • Attend to other duties that may be assigned from time to time.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong working knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
  • Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Proven ability to supervise, coach, and develop HR staff.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Experience in policy development, HR & ISO audits, and compliance management.
