- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy compliance
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company objectives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll coordination in partnership with Finance
- Foster a strong company culture and drive employee engagement initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and staff on HR-related matters
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3+ years of progressive experience in HR, experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple HR functions independently
- Experience in a fast-paced or logistics/distribution company is a plus
