Descrição:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Manage performance appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics to drive improvements.
- Support employee development and retention initiatives.
Requisito
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR management or supervision.
- Skills: Proficient in HRIS, strong communication, employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruiting, leadership development, and people management.
- Responsibilities: Oversee HR functions, manage employee relations, implement compensation plans, and contribute to talent acquisition.
- Working Conditions: Office-based, typical business hours, team-oriented environment.
- Qualities: Must be detail-oriented, proactive, a strong leader, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
