Descrição:

  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
  • Administer performance management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct training and development programs.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics.

Requisito

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience in areas such as employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Experience in the canning industry is an advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned at Tambler, General Santos City
