Lead HR operations across multiple sites (300+ employees). Own end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, DOLE compliance, compensation & benefits, onboarding, and engagement programs. Work directly with senior leadership and improve HR systems and policies.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, C&B, ER)
  • Ensure DOLE compliance and handle employee discipline
  • Drive employee engagement and performance programs
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and HR policy improvement


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years HR experience; 2+ years as HR Manager/HRBP
  • Strong employee relations and DOLE compliance
  • Experience in HR operations, not just recruitment
  • Must be willing to work onsite (Makati)
