Description

  • Oversee and manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures within the BPO industry.
  • Support employee relations and address HR-related issues.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations in both English and Japanese contexts.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and drive employee engagement initiatives.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English and Japanese; JLPT N2 or higher preferred.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in managing HR consultancy and strategic planning.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
