Descrição:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR/Admin Manager to oversee our human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong hiring and recruitment skills, as well as a thorough understanding of DOLE regulations.


  • Recruitment and Hiring: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations, occupational safety, and health standards.
  • HR Policies: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintain employee records.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring all office equipment is in good working condition.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.


Requisito

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of DOLE regulations and occupational safety and health standards.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion.
