Descrição:

  • Will handle all HR Facets or concerns;
  • (Payroll, compensation and benefits, Recruitment and Staffing, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Employee Satisfaction, Labor Laws and Legal compliance)
  • Manage safety and ensures strict implementation of the administrative policies and regulations
  • Assisting with internal event organization and coordination, including recreational events and training activities that may arise
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the management

Requisito

  • Graduate of Psychology, HRDM, or any related course
  • With extensive experience in the related field
  • Must have a background Industrial, Manufacturing, or Logistics company
  • Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
  • With Supervisory experience
