We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in high-volume hiring within the retail industry, with a strong ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build talent pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for store-level, warehouse, and support roles across multiple retail locations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines.
  • Develop and execute mass hiring strategies to support seasonal peaks, new store openings, and large-scale recruitment drives.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and support in selection and offer processes.
  • Maintain and update recruitment metrics, ensuring timely reporting and data accuracy.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring retail positions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor hiring practices in the retail sector.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 years in retail or high-volume hiring.
  • Strong understanding of retail workforce structures and seasonal manpower planning.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Amenable to working onsite 5-days a week at 19 Potsdam Street, Brgy. Silangan, Cubao, Quezon City.
