Descrição do Trabalho

The HR Manager oversees the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources function. This includes managing recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and implementation of company policies. The HR Manager ensures compliance with labor laws, promotes a positive workplace culture, and supports organizational goals through effective people management strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Supervise performance appraisal and career development systems.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR records.
  • Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field (.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
