Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment

• Experience in BPO setting and/or Supervisory role is a plus

• Graduate of BS HR, Psychology, or any related field

• Willing to work on a flexible schedule

• Amenable to work onsite at Panay, Avenue, Quezon City

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process

• Coordinate interviews and maintain applicant records

• Assist in onboarding and pre-employment requirements

• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events

• Support other HR-related tasks as assigned
