Descrição:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the HR team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee recruitment, interview, and onboarding processes.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Address employee relations issues and mediate workplace conflicts.
  • Administer performance management systems and support managers with employee evaluations.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems.
  • Participate in audits, investigations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
