Descrição:
岗位职责：
1、负责海外公司人力资源相关工作，建设/优化人力资源管理规范，优化相关制度流程；
2、深入了解业务状况，洞察业务痛点，策划及实施相应的人力资源解决方案；
3、开展招聘工作，负责当地招聘渠道资源的开发和对接，快速响应生产和职能人员的招聘需求；
4、负责泰国本地人事管理所有工作，包括但不限于入离调转、培训、人力预算、考勤管理等事务性工作；
5、泰国平台负责人交办的其它工作事项。
Requisito
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历，专业不限，中泰语言听说读写流利;
2.3年以上泰国当地制造业人事行政工作经验，熟悉当地法律法规、政府行文规范、运作机制、办事流程;
3.工作态度认真负责，细致严谨，拥有良好的职业素养。
