Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong people management, organizational development, compensation and benefits expertise, and training and development capabilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work options.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
