Descrição:

  • Assist in employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Administer employee benefits and maintain HR records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of HR experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, and Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, proactive approach, and adaptability.
