Descrição:

  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and employee relations.
  • Conduct HR surveys and analyze data for improvement.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR functions such as employee relations and talent acquisition.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in employee relations, talent acquisition, retention, and social recruitment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, screen candidates, handle employee relations issues, and develop retention strategies.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work; requires collaboration with various departments.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, empathetic, and a team player with strong organizational skills.
