Descrição:

Manage recruitment and selection process.
Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Administer employee compensation and benefits and payroll services.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources, or any related field.
Experience Level: At least 1year work experience in HR or related roles.
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compliance, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Working Conditions: Office environment with regular business hours. Willing to render overtime (esp. during payroll).
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with a strong ethical foundation.
