Description

  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee records.
  • Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in developing and implementing talent management strategies.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration for staff.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, HRIS, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Able to manage payroll processes and oversee training and development initiatives.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on employee engagement.
