  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare contribution list & remittances of all mandatory benefits for payment processing
  • Ensure that all benefits file in SSS, PHILHEALTH & HDMF are processed on time.
  • Payroll preparation and time keeping
  • Handle all HR reports requested by Regional and China HQ in the absence of HR Specialist
  • Create & improve policies and guidelines in the organization and government issued guidelines
  • Prepare memo and warning letter to deviating staff in line with company’s handbook
  • Other HR related task that may be assign


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of employee relations and HR best practices.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in payroll administration and compensation management.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
