The HR Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains qualified candidates. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing and selection strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Source, select, and place candidates for required posts; conduct induction for new hires.
• Coordinate with RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) vendors to ensure headcount requirements are met.
• Ensure and facilitate completion of pre-employment documents before onboarding, such as pre-employment requirements, employment contracts, job descriptions, endorsement letters, and training orientation for new hires.
• Maintain daily reports, rosters, and other related documents.
• Provide assistance to employees regarding benefit availment and related inquiries; issue related documents, and help check and review application forms for government benefits.
• Be familiar with local labor laws and handle employee relations correctly.
• Ensure payroll and social security processes are completed on time according to national policies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in BS Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist.
