- Partnering with department managers to identify and address their HR needs
- Assisting with the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of new hires
- Administering employee benefits and managing queries related to compensation, leave and other HR policies
- Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
- Conducting HR audits and implementing process improvements
- Assisting with the development and roll-out of HR initiatives and programmed
