Descrição:
- Develop job descriptions and post job ads
- Facilitate orientation sessions and onboarding processes..
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Foster a positive work culture and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Generate HR reports and analytics as needed.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Requisito
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role (varies by level).
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
