Responsibilities

  • Effectively monitors implementation of the company policies and rules with fair application of Disciplinary actions in case of violations
  • Prepares and Maintains records of offenses committed by employees and actions taken thereon for references as basis for future company action.
  • Responsible for the preparation of Contract of Employment with corresponding appropriate Job Descriptions
  • Checks and monitors Performance Appraisals and Evaluations, Issuance of Notice of AWOL and Termination, Notice of End of Project Employment and/or End of Probationary period if any as well as Movement Forms
  • Facilitate trainings, programs, and other activities, if any (Team Building, Christmas Party, etc.) and coordinate with involved managers
  • Monitors Attendance and Leave Credits
  • Conducts Initial Screening of applicants and preliminary interview in case of inability of the AHRD Manager or Immediate Superior
  • In charged in receiving of letters, memos, billings, and/or statement of accounts of various companies owned by the President
  • Maintains records of permits, insurances, and legal documents such as Company Service Vehicles of various companies and personal owned by the President
  • Maintains 201 files of employees
  • Prepares Certifications needed in employment/internship
  • Prepares memoranda and other company policies per instruction of HR Manager and coordinates with Main Office AHR Officer
  • Assists employees in the processing of their SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG claims
  • Assists EFFC Executive Assistant and AHR Officer in other task given by the Presidents (EFFC or MKMC) if it is under Administrative and/or Human Resource functions
  • Reminding the managers/executives of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Assists the President in signing of checks, contracts, and other documents
  • Assist the Operations Department in handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time given by the President
