Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with labor regulations
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions with fairness and confidentiality
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Conduct orientation, training, and development programs for staff
• Prepare HR reports, compliance documents, and performance metrics for management review
• Support employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture-building activities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company standards
• Provide guidance to HR Associates and administrative staff as needed
