Talent Acquisition

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection.

• Build workforce plans aligned with business goals.

• Partner with hiring managers to improve the quality of hires.

Employee Relations & Compliance

• Manage employee relations cases, including notices to explain, due process, and labor cases.

• Uphold compliance with Philippine labor laws.

• Act as a steady hand in conflict situations, able to empathize but also handle pushback and enforce discipline.

HR Administration & Processes

• Oversee HR administration including office maintenance, supplies, vehicles, and equipment accountability.

• Maintain HR records and reporting structures.

• Evaluate existing HR processes and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4–5 years relevant experience in an HR role (generalist or similar).

• Proven experience in KPI and KRA development, implementation, and monitoring.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High level of integrity, strong moral and ethical standards.

• Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities.

• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.

• Ability to work under minimal supervision and in collaboration with other managers.

• BOSH Certification (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) is an advantage but not required.
