- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Assist in performance management and evaluations.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to HR team.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates or students.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, strong communication skills, employee relations, payroll management, and recruitment allocation.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours with potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, empathetic, proactive, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
