Descrição:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and databases.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Provide support in employee relations and conflict resolution.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student with internships in HR preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, communication, talent management, and social recruitment.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment process, present to candidates, support talent acquisition, and aid leadership development.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, typical 9-5 hours, may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
