Descrição:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
- Maintain employee records and confidential information.
- Coordinate training sessions and performance evaluations.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant HR experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong employee relations and people management skills; excellent written and verbal communication abilities; proficient in computer applications.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; standard working hours with occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a team player with a strong sense of confidentiality.
