  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives for new hires.
  • Facilitate employee engagement programs and surveys.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong employee relations, recruiting, and people management skills; attention to detail; effective training and development capabilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may involve occasional overtime or remote work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, proactive, organized, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
