Requisito
Diploma or Degree.
1–2 years of HR experience is great, but attitude, energy, and drive matter even more.
Super organized with sharp attention to detail.
Naturally curious, solution-focused, and resourceful.
Great communicator, both in writing and face-to-face.
Tech-comfy: Excel, Word, and HR systems don’t scare you.
Discreet, respectful, and professional when handling sensitive info.
Mandarin language proficiency IS A MUST – able to read, write, speak, and listen to support and handle bilingual documentation when needed.
