Maintain employee records and ensure that all documentation complies with legal requirements and organizational policies.
Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting and organizing relevant data.
Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
Prepare HR-related reports as requested by management.
Maintain an organized and updated HR filing system.
Perform other clerical and administrative HR tasks as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-5 years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Ability to handle multiple HR functions and work under minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for employee relations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Willing to go on field with different sites.
