- Process and manage end-to-end payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records using HRIS.
- Handle statutory contributions, deductions, and government reporting (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Coordinate employee concerns related to attendance, leave, and payroll.
- Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement and compliance.
