Descrição do Trabalho
- 负责公司员工的招聘、入职、离职等手续办理，确保流程顺畅；
- 协助制定和完善人力资源政策和流程，提升团队效率与满意度；
- 管理员工档案，确保信息准确无误，便于查询和管理；
- 支持人力资源经理完成其他相关工作，如薪酬福利管理、绩效评估等。
- 任职要求】
- 全日制本科及以上学历，2年及以上人事工作经验；英语可作为工作语言
- 熟练操作办公室应用软件，EXCEL、WORD、PPT；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和人际交往技巧，能够与不同层级的员工有效交流；
- 工作认真负责，细心谨慎，有较强的服务意识和解决问题的能力；
- 熟练使用Office办公软件，具备一定的数据分析能力；
- 对人事工作充满热情，愿意在人力资源领域长期发展；
