  • Handle employee records, facilitate training, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing employee complaints, creates and releases notices to employees.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Other HR Related tasks such as hiring and training of employees.
  • Preferably, graduate of BSBA major in HRDM, BS Psychology or any related course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • 2 years HR practitioners experience in FMCG environment is an advantage.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge on company policies, principles and labor laws.
  • Knowledge in MS Office applications
