Descrição:

  1. Conducts and prepares materials for employee on-boarding and off-boarding
  2. Prepares and maintains accurate records, files, and reports including responsibility for maintaining 201 files
  3. Provides front-line HR support to employees.
  4. Assists in recruitment and managing talents including but not limited to appraisals
  5. Handles timekeeping
  6. Performs other related duties as assigned·

Requisito

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or Psychology is preferred
  2. Minimum of 1 (one) year experience in Human Resources Functions exposure in any facets.
  3. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and be flexible.
