Recruitment and Staffing:

• Post job openings and coordinate recruitment process.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth integration process.

Employee Relations:

• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Performance Management:

• Assist in the development and implementation of performance review systems.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback/support to managers.

At least College Graduate
