- Support HR operations by managing employee records and databases.
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings and interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires.
- Help maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Provide administrative support to HR team as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR roles or internships.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in computer applications, HR consulting abilities, strong discretion, exceptional leadership, and effective communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in HR operations, support recruitment, handle employee inquiries, and maintain HR records.
- Working Conditions: Typically an office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Professional, detail-oriented, approachable, and eager to learn.
