  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies and screening candidates.
  • Support payroll administration and ensure accurate records of employee attendance and leaves.
  • Provide coaching to new hires, facilitating their onboarding and integration into the organization.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation in compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Assist in developing and implementing social recruitment strategies to enhance the company’s hiring process.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting processes and tools, payroll systems, and employee coaching techniques.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
